How much does each box cost?

Depends on what you’re cooking! Our prices change depending on the recipe and quantity, so you can build each box to suit you and your lucky dining companions.

Am I tied to a contract? What happens if I want to cancel?

Can I skip a delivery if I am away or on holiday?

Cancelling or pausing a subscription with one click means you can recover your account conveniently at any time. Are recipes suitable for gluten-free diets and those with allergies?

Due to the nature of our warehouse and our suppliers’ packing processes, we can’t guarantee that any of our recipes are 100% gluten or allergen free— please note the disclaimer at the bottom of every page. But clicking on a recipe allows you to view the general nutrition and ingredient information.

Although we don’t offer gluten-free meals, if a recipe is vegan or veggie, it will be clearly marked on the web page and corresponding card in your FeastBox.

What about vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians? 

We have a varied selection of vegan and vegetarian recipes every week, and you can easily filter our menu by dietary preference as well as cuisine type.

How many recipes can I order in each box?

A minimum of two and a maximum of four, ensuring that every meal in your box can be cooked with delicious fresh ingredients.

Aside from the absolute basics (oil, salt, pepper, sugar) it’s all in the box.

Do I have to be home to receive the box?

If you aren't home, our couriers will leave your box in a designated safe place (at your own risk) so that it's waiting for you when you return, rather than being returned to the depot and losing its freshness. If you forget to leave instructions, our couriers will use their own discretion when choosing a safe place.

It’s always nice to see a friendly face and hand over your box in person. But if it’s one of those days and you are rushed off your feet, then we can leave it in a designated safe place (at your own risk). Please make sure you add this to the delivery information when you checkout.

How long will my box stay fresh if I am out?

Our boxes are insulated with Woolcool, which keeps perishable items fresh for forty eight hours. So please make sure they are either in the fridge or on your plate well before then.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay via debit or credit card. Simply enter those details when you register and we will automatically take payment from box to box. Payment will be taken as soon as you complete your order.
