Beautifully tenderised chicken breast, marinated in yoghurt, fresh lemon juice and onions. Grilled or barbecued, forming imperfect zebra stripes against the succulent golden breast. We’ve served ours with fluffy Persian basmati rice, jazzed up with herby dill.
