Recipe Description:

Udon noodles are a comfort food favourite of Japan. Made with wheat flour, udon are often made thicker than other types of noodles so that when they’re cooked they retain a pleasing bouncy texture. Your udon is served here with seared steak in a spicy teriyaki sauce, with added miso for that all important umami – the moreish savouriness that makes east Asian cuisine so satisfying.
