Recipe Description: 

Undeniably the quintessential German dish, the humble schnitzel is the pride of Vienna. Take a stroll in Berlin and you’ll quickly discover that Germans and tourists alike can’t get enough of them. Whilst the more commonly recognized ‘Wienerschnitzel’ is made with Veal, the German schnitzel is made with Pork, (our preference). Any restaurant worth its breadcrumbs will serve the pan-fried veal cutlet alongside French fries or potato salad. We’ve gone for a deliciously tangy, potato salad offset by peppery parsley and sweet onion to complement our tender golden brown, schnitzel. Having been breaded to panko perfection - there’s everything to love and even more to savour.
