Recipe Description:

Harissa is a Tunisian chilli paste, variants of which are popular all over North Africa and the Middle East. It’s a spicy mixture of roasted red peppers, dried red chillis, garlic, seasonings and olive oil pounded to a paste, leading to a surprisingly smoky flavour that gives savoury depth to our tofu. These rich flavours harmonise with the bright, fragrant olive oil-lemon coating on our roasted vegetable skewers. Tabbouleh, a herby Middle Eastern mezze bursting with raw fresh parsley, tomato and lemon juice, completes the trio.
