It is usually eaten in conjunction with a number of other dishes at the time of festivals like Vishu, Onam and weddings. Our cabbage and kidney bean thoran, thanks to the flavours of ginger and fenugreek seeds, and the sweet fragrance from fresh coconut, is an effortless way to make cabbage and beans taste good.
