Recipe Description:

Massaman curry is a mild and tasty Thai dish. Lamb is marinated in an aromatic spice blend with palm sugar, garlic and ginger purees, and soy sauce. The lamb steaks are then immersed with sealed potato chunks into a rich gravy of star mix, fried onion and Thai massaman pastes, lemongrass, and coconut milk. Jasmine rice infused with lime leaves is a fragrant accompaniment
