Recipe Description:

Makhani means ‘with butter’ in Hindi, so this vegetarian version is both rich and flavoursome. Diced paneer is steeped in a marinade of garam masala, ginger, garlic and green chilli purees, before being briefly roasted. Both soft paneer and marinade are then added to a sweet and smoky sauce, including honey, butter and a crackle and sizzle tarka blend. Served with traditional roti breads and garnished with fresh coriander
