Recipe Description:

Our Vegan take on a Thai noodle dish is bursting with heat and flavour. Pad Thai noodles are tumbled in a vegetarian red Thai paste, along with chilli flakes, red onion, red pepper and lime juice. Once tossed in healthy sesame oil and seeds, tofu and broccoli bring the protein to this tasty dish. Coconut milk adds an element of luxury, and don’t forget to garnish with fresh coriander!
