Recipe Description:

The dish is thought to have been created in the 50s by a Hong Kong chef wanting to showcase how 'multicultural' the Cantonese cuisine was, by combining stir frying with the British influenced curry flavour. As the Chinese diaspora swept across the Western world, this Hong Kong dish travelled with it, and started popping up in Chinese takeaway restaurants across the US, UK, Australia and other Western countries. Our take on the classic Singapore Noodles consists of white rice vermicelli, juicy shrimp, a plethora of crunchy colourful vegetables, and let's not forget the star ingredients, our aromatic colour blend which gives the dish its distinctive curry flavour.
