Recipe Description:

This hearty Middle Eastern dish is the ultimate fusion of sweet and spice. Skin-on chicken thighs are glazed with a marinade of fragrant fusion spice blend, chilli flakes, pomegranate molasses, and honey. The glazed chicken is rested on a bed of roasted butternut squash, red onion and tomato, and served alongside turmeric-infused giant couscous.
