We’ve reimagined this classic in a tangy lentil soup, packed with, paprika, garlic, and ginger for an aromatic kick. The satisfying crunchiness of the samosas are offset by the Tom-Yum flavours of the soup which owes much to the addition of fragrant tamarind. It’s a well-known fact that Burmese cuisine is rich in scintillating textures and fresh ingredients, and this recipe is no exception.
