Recipe Description:

Our vegan take on this popular Japanese dish features a variety of healthy ingredients in a highly flavourful broth. Ramen noodles and tofu are accompanied by onion, fresh ginger, carrot, lotus root, pak choi and shiitake mushrooms, in a broth flavoured with star mix, white miso paste, soy sauce and red chilli flakes.
