Method

Recipe Description:

This exciting dish combines both spice (zahtar) and salad (tabbouleh) from the Middle East with tasty chicken, onion and courgette kebabs. Zahtar is used to marinate the meat whilst the tabbouleh is prepared from bulgar wheat, flat leaf parsley, mint, tomato, lemon juice and olive oil. Fresh tzatziki provides the deliciously mild accompaniment.
